Pool of lecturers

We would like to encourage and support interested members of the association to share their experiences about specific issues as lecturers at our events. There are a number of ways to do this.

As an AIOD lecturer, you can:
Hold guest talks at our events, workshops or other kinds of events. Alongside the hospital of your current employer, we can also offer you venues that have a specific thematic reference or that are completely removed from everyday hospital life. 

Support for holding the talk
The staff members in the academy's administration office will be available to help you. They will provide you with the benefit of their experience in all organisational matters, theoretical and practical preparation, compiling and processing materials, and publicising the event.

How to become an AIOD lecturer:
Lecturing is particularly suitable for: 

- Medical specialists in orthopaedics, trauma surgery and specialist trauma surgery
- Senior physicians and scientists
- Engineers from the medical technology field
- Surgical/nursing staff, healthcare professionals
- …

Application to become a lecturer
Please us send your written application to become a lecturer (together with your proposals and ideas for events) and enclose a written account of your scientific background plus certificates/reports or a letter of recommendation from your current employer.
